PROCEDURE OF COURT MARRIAGE IN DELHI
The procedure of court wedding can have done by Delhi court but it is not possible to do a court wedding in Delhi in one day.
The age of the groom should 21+ and for bride 18+.
Only Monday, Wednesday and Friday are working days in Delhi Court wedding.
In Delhi court, it takes 3 to 4 days.
The Parties must have the address proof of Delhi.
Groom, Bride, and witnesses have to visit two times during the procedure whereas, on one day for Arya Samaj Marriage and after 1 or 2 days for the Court wedding.
Parties should be Hindu, Sikhs, Jains or Buddhists.
The two witnesses who can be from any side they can be friends, neighbors, relatives or parents (both should be 18+).
No notice is sent on the address of bride or groom.
SAME DAY COURT MARRIAGE
The complete procedure is done by NCR.
The age of the Groom should 21+ and for Bride 18+.
The two witnesses who can be from any side they can be friends, neighbors, relatives or parents (both should be 18+).
The complete process takes 2 to 3 hours.
Parties should be Hindu, Sikhs, Jains or Buddhists.
Choose any day from Monday to Friday, when there is no public holiday on that day.
The witnesses of the bride and groom can be from anywhere India or Abroad.

Arya Samaj or Court wedding both certificate is issued on the same day which is valid all over the world or cannot be challenged.

Address proof of witnesses (voter ID/ driving license or passport).
2 passport size photos of each witness.
The copy of divorce decree/order in case of a divorcee and death certificate of spouse in case of widow/widower.
COURT MARRIAGE WITHOUT CEREMONY
The Complete process takes 40 days.
The parties have to visit 2 times.
On the first day visit of the parties apply for marriage and thereafter a notice of 30 days is issued.
Either the parties must have address proof of Delhi.
The parties can be from any religion.
Total 3 witnesses required who can be from any side and they can be friends, neighbors, relatives or parents.
If no objection is filed after the expiry of 30 days, then court wedding will be completed on the second appearance.

TWO PROCESS FOR ISSUING COURT MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
1-UNDER HINDU MARRIAGE ACT,1955
When the marriage is solemnized in the Arya Samaj Mandir is registered under section 8 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1954 by the Marriage Registrar appointed by the Delhi Govt. on the same working day without sending any notice to the address of the parties.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE SAME DAY MARRIAGE UNDER HINDU MARRIAGE ACT,1955
Date of the Birth of the Parties (Birth certificate/passport/10th certificate).
The age of the Groom should 21+ and for Bride 18+.
Address Proof of Parties (voter ID/ driving license/Aadhaar).
Ten passport size photos to both Parties.
The two witnesses who can be from any side they can be friends, neighbors, relatives or parents (both should be 18+).
4 passport size photos of each witness along with PAN Card/voter ID/ Aadhaar.
Separate affidavits from parties in which stating the date of birth, marital status at the time of marriage and their nationality.
Affirmation in the affidavit that both parties are not blood-related.
The copy of divorce decree/order in case of a divorcee and death certificate of spouse in case of widow/widower.
In case if one party is a foreigner, a copy of no objection from the concerned embassy is required.

UNDER SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT, 1954
According to the special marriage Act, 30 days’ notice is mandatory to give in the presence of both the parties along with the presence of 3 witnesses required by the Marriage Registrar which is appointed by the Delhi government.
