  • Business Property Rental Agreement.

FSSAI LICENSE RENEWAL PROCEDURE

Step 1: The first step in renewing the FSSAI license is to complete Form A (FSSAI Basic Registration) or Form B (Central or State FSSAI registration) in accordance with the previous license and identity documents as set out under the Food and Food Safety, Regulations / Rules.

Step 2: Upon receipt of the completed application for renewal of the FSSAI license the officer will inspect it.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BASIC FSSAI LICENSE RENEWAL:

To apply for renewal of FSSAI registration, you must have all of the following documents to assist you.

  • Passport size photo of the applicant
  • Proof of identification of the applicant (voting ID card or Aadhar card)
